Ammon News – The President of the General Union of Charitable Societies, Atef Odeibat, highlighted on Saturday the role of care and rehabilitation centers in community development.
He said during a visit to Al Boqai World for Rehabilitation and Comprehensive Care that the services he offers in the field of hand therapy have achieved remarkable success in treating multiple incurable diseases, urging the support of these centers.
Odeibat expressed his pride in these centers that use hand treatment without resorting to surgery or medication, pledging to support the services provided by the center and its plans to carry out its charitable, humanitarian and societal mission.
Center director Mohammad Al-Boqai said the center treats incurable and incurable cases, noting the significant improvements in treatments and citing success stories, including Abdul Rahman Al-Ajmi, a child from Kuwait who suffered from asphyxia, cerebral palsy, quadriplegia, fatigue and inability to see and speak following brain tumor removal.
He said the center is open to partnership with various national institutions and associations to provide better services and initiate various medical care and rehabilitation programs, urging the authorities to highlight the successes of the center in treating patients of the inside and outside Jordan.
