Officers from the Watford North Safer Neighborhood team held a community engagement event in Foxhill last weekend, working with the fire department, Watford Borough Council and Watford Community Housing.
Local residents were invited on Saturday, June 11 to meet with their local leaders, learn more about our affirmative action work and recruitment opportunities, as well as meet with representatives from partner organizations.
It was an opportunity for residents to have their say on what we should focus on in terms of policing and partnership, and what could be done to help them feel safer.
PC Brad Webber, who organized the event, said: ‘It was great to meet so many people on Saturday and get some valuable insight into what we can focus on over the next few months in the Foxhill area. and Brush Rise to make people feel safer. The information we gathered will help inform our patrol plans and the priorities we should be focusing on over the coming months.
