NEW YORK, January 3, 2022 / PRNewswire-PRWeb / – The Community Development Trust (“CDT”) announced today that it has appointed Jeff Crum as vice-president – origination of shares.

In his new role, Jeff Crum will strive to expand CDT’s equity investments that improve the lives of individuals and families living on the properties we finance while generating strong financial returns for its investors. CDT invests long-term equity alongside proven and reputable affordable housing operators to create and preserve long-term affordability and provide high quality affordable housing to residents. Mr. Crum will report to Michel lear, CDT SVP – Head of Acquisitions.
