DUBAI, October 5, 2021 (WAM) – Hessa Essa Buhumaid, Minister of Community Development, pointed out that the important efforts and role of teachers in the ministry’s determined persons centers as well as the satisfaction and happiness of parents with the type Education and Empowerment of Determined Students marks an award of excellence for teachers and ministry for providing the best services to all of its clients, whether in Client Happiness Centers, Social Development Centers or the centers of specified persons.
This was announced at the ceremony organized remotely by the Ministry of Community Development on the occasion of the “World Teachers’ Day”, which coincides each year on October 5, in the presence of a number of senior officials of the ministry. , teachers, specialists and staff at the determined persons centers across the UAE to celebrate and appreciate the efforts and achievements of teachers during their distance education and rehabilitation.
Buhumaid, said: “Every action and effort of teachers to educate and rehabilitate determined students and every achievement they embody is the completion of a cycle of achievement, excellence and distinction; every success they achieve is a success for all of us and our students. We appreciate the fruitful efforts of the teachers and recognize their concern to achieve the best results for the students; despite all the circumstances, their determined will and loyalty have encouraged them to always do more ” .
In a speech to the teachers, she said: “You have worked remotely and closely, your unlimited efforts have strongly reflected the achievements of the students whether in education or rehabilitation or even in employment efforts. and production of “Mashagel Workshops” remotely or in the field.
Buhumaid expressed gratitude and appreciation for (262) the teaching and administrative staff of (8) people from the Determination Centers in Dubai, Ajman, Um Al-Qiwain, Al Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Dibba Al Fujairah, in addition to the early intervention centers. in Dubai and Al Fujairah which provide education and rehabilitation services to (766) students and initiatives to promote inclusion, empowerment and boost the work and productivity of students in this category.
She noted the important role of parents and their fruitful efforts over the past period to encourage students to be determined.
The honorary ceremony, attended by dozens of teachers, determined students and their parents from a distance, included a welcome speech and a roundtable shared by parents and teachers to talk about education and the reintegration of determined people over the past period by reviewing their significant experiences, highlighting the daily challenges faced by children, parents and families in distance education.
